We do not intentionally collect or process any data classified as Sensitive Personal Information under the CPRA (e.g., genetic data, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health information) in the course of our general consulting and CRM activities. Consultation notes are limited to business-related discussions.

Contact Information & Meeting Notes: Retained for the duration of the client relationship plus an additional seven years for legal compliance and claims defense.
Website Usage Data: Retained for internal analysis, generally for a shorter period.

Client business data (meeting notes, project requirements) are collected only for the purpose of delivering the contracted consulting service. This data are not used to train any general-purpose, publicly-available AI models.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under the age of 16. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us.
